November 14, 2022 – VERTEQ Capital invests in the industrial machinery components of Radici Products
VERTEQ Capital announced today the completion of the acquisition of Radici Products, a company based in Erbusco (BS), leader in the production of technopolymer parts, components and accessories for industrial automation machinery. VERTEQ acquired a majority stake in the share capital, with founders Luca Calabria and Felice Danesi reinvesting, guaranteeing their support for the company’s ambitious growth plan, both organically and through the aggregation of other companies in the sector. The acquisition was partly financed through bank financing provided by Banco BPM, which also provided Radici with a capex line for add-on acquisitions. VERTEQ was assisted in the transaction by the law firm Dentons, for legal due diligence and contracts; by Nexia Audirevi, for accounting, tax and ESG due diligence; by LTP/OC&C consultants for business due diligence; and by AON for insurance due diligence.
