June 10, 2020 – Azimut launches fund focused on digital startups in partnership with Gellify
Azimut has recently launched a new fund, Azimut Digitech fund, dedicated to investing in startups specialized in developing B2B softwares for 4 industries in the world of innovation: Iot (Internet of Things) and Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Cybersecurity. The fund is closed-ended, with a life of 7 years, and a collection target of € 50 million. It is reserved to institutional investors and HNWI. The access threshold is € 100 thousands for the former and € 500 thousands for the latter. The initiative is developed in partnership with Gellify, which selects, invests and grows innovative startups in the digital sector and connects them with established companies with an eye towards open innovation. Within this partnership the platform will support the scouting, the selection and the monitoring of the companies with innovative businesses in which the fund invests. In 2019 Azimut also participated in the capital increse of Gellify.
